Margaret Goodson began her yoga journey as a student of traditional Hatha yoga. She subsequently made her practice a life-long commitment, not as a fitness goal but as a wellness goal. Margaret received her certification through the Asheville Yoga Center, with additional training in curvy yoga, restorative yoga, and SUP (stand up paddleboard) yoga. Margaret most enjoys helping people find personal peace through a yoga practice tailored to their individual needs. Yoga is not just for the flexible or the strong or the able body. Yoga is for the willing.
